We will do a no-obligation preliminary study. If our preliminary study discovers the information you need, we will send you a contract with the cost for that information. (If we already have an answer at this point the cost will be fairly minimal.) You can decide if the information is worth the cost, and sign and return the contract if it is. We will then e-mail you a report and mail you hardcopy of the report and an invoice (terms are net 30 days) for you to pay. If we do not find the information you want right away, or if your requirements are more involved, we will send you a full proposal describing the work that we will do for your consideration. If we don't think we can help you we'll say so, and let you know of anyone we know who might be able to.
The general labor charge for work done by R. L. Martin and Associates during 2006 is $100/hour, billed in 15 minute increments. Where appropriate other charges will be noted in proposals and contracts.
R. L. Martin and Associates treats all communications and information provided by clients and potential clients as confidential.
To comply with conflict of interest laws R. L. Martin and Associates will not contract with Cornell University.
